On our fourth episode, we talk to race directors of the IditaFat fat bike race and SnoFatShu snowshoe/fat bike duathlon, Thomas Hall and Justin Frontuto! The Idita Fat is the longest running Fat bike race in New York on its 7th year and the SnoFatShu is the only snowshoe/fat bike duathlon event. Together these events make up the Festival of Flakes held the first weekend of March in Mannsville, NY on the Winona State Forest. They discuss their events, the setup of winter racing, how to keep events fun year after year, and so much more.
