In this episode we had Kris Briggs owner of OST. He was a standout running back from Carthage HS as well as SMU. He also played in the NFL for Green Bay, Denver, Atlanta, and Cleveland. Currently he is the owner and personal trainer at OST in Forney, TX. OST is a sports development center for all ages.
