Episode 126: Have you heard about the ANTs? They are Automatic Negative Thoughts that can make us feel mad, sad, worried, and upset. This will be a 3 part series and we will talk about the first types in this episode. There are 7 types of ANT and most of the time they are untrue. Remember what you say and feel will match up with your reality, that's why I will guide you to move out of these thoughts from a neurological and psychological level so you can live a happier and more positive life!
