Course Correcting with a different Mindset is about choosing a higher path and ultimately opposing the ‘old’ way of doing things. 

In today’s episode I explain the differences between a choice that holds a high energy and one that remains low. 

I also get into the science of what holds us back from making a change, when you know it’s the right time, and what to stay aware of when you start going through the process of change. 

Often the course correction that is most valuable to us is the one that comes with the most pushback and resistance. 

When we acknowledge what our mind and body are doing, as an act of survival and keeping us comfortable, it is up to us to declare safety inside ourselves so we can continue down a new, and higher, path. 

When the overly critical voice is there to jump in and knock you down, saying “you shouldn’t do that” or “you can’t have that” you are dealing with years of deeply rooted programming of unworthiness and shame. You can continue to fight that battle inside of yourself or let it go, and I encourage you to step up for yourself in a bigger way this time.
