Specificity leads to simplicity but only when you get your whole body on board with the goal.

You have set commitments in the past and haven't stuck with them....we all have!

Here's the thing:

The desire still exists but the behaviors floated away in the wind.

I am here to tell you that you can solidify your commitments by going to the place inside you- as you declare this commitment for yourself- so you can see how much of YOU is on board with this commitment.

And by doing so you get to see what is NOT on board.

That is where you move through before you move with this desired goal.
