After two years of doing things I felt uncomfortable doing I have found certain things to be helpful.
Intention, Vision Clarity, Perspective Switch, & Growth Needs can all give a better sense of control of our internal environment. I spoke about the need for control in Episode 1 here.
When we our in survival mode, when our foundational needs of security are not met, we are programmed to do as little as possible. Our brain steps in to avoid more pain. WE GET STUCK.
