Momentum is what many of us strive to find in ministry. It proves we are moving towards our goal. COVID paused our momentum. It's time now that we redefine momentum as life has changed drastically from what we have known. As leaders, it is on us to define the metrics we rate in order to find patterns and goals to progress. We all want it. We have an opportunity to reimagine momentum.
