I am worthy
Hi everyone, this is Cristin and this is episode 23. Thank you so much for listening, sharing and leaving reviews. The positive feedback really grows the light inside of me to continue to keep creating this show.
This week's intention is I am worthy.
I’m not sure why we would would think any other way, why the heck wouldn’t you or I be worthy? If you do not feel worthy then you may be falling into negative thinking and that’s what stands in the way between you and your hopes, goals and dreams.
Taking out your journal & going back to basics, what does Goddess mean to you? Who are you as a goddess version of you? What do you look like? What do you feel like? How are your relationships of all kinds, friends, family, romantically, etc. What is your relationship with money? With food? With yourself?
You are worthy of everything you dream of, and I’m happy to inform you, it is possible. I promise.
Now, checking back on your goals…Do you still have 3 goals each week you are working on?
Continue on with this. Picking 3 goals that are easy, or taking the next step, if you are ready to move up on the stairway to your dreams.
If you’re new here, I’m referring to episode 20. This goal episode was 2 episodes ago, so those of us working in real time that’s 2 weeks ago, have you created any new habits from these goals?
I myself now have the new habits of drinking more water, taking my vitamins and walking 3.5 - 4miles each day. So now, I’m ready to check in and create maybe 3 new goals for the upcoming week.
Are you ready to now create new goals for this week or do you still want to keep what you have been working on? Think on it. Explore your options. What can you do next, that’s an easy goal & what do you want to do to continue to do to stay on the path of being the best you. Now remember, it's progress not perfection. Perfection is being imperfect, it's the balance, the ying and yang, the ebb and the flow. So dont be hard on yourself during this process. Learn from your mistakes, and your challenges. Everything has a message for you. If you feel like you’re really trying and it’s not working, that’s ok. Try to rethink it, reformulate it, rephrase it, maybe it’s a goal you need to put to the side for a moment, and come back when you are ready.
Now onto our meditation.
Take your time to settle in.. releasing any tension in your body. Making any movements or stretches that you need to release the tension in your neck, your back, your shoulders, your arms and legs, wrists, ankles, fingers and toes.
Take a deep breath in and out.
I am worthy.
I am open to receiving.
I believe in myself.
I know anything is possible as long as I believe and take the little steps I need to.. One foot in front of the other one thing at a time.
I am letting go of limiting beliefs.
I am letting go of habits that no longer serve me.
See yourself next to a cute little creek in a beautiful fall woods, trees of every color. Sitting next to the creek, breathing in and out. Notice the trickle or the water, the coolness that comes from it. Breathing in… and out…..
A leaf gently falling from the forest canopy above you. Floating down from side to side, into your lap. Picking up this beautiful fall leaf.. See yourself in it. See yourself happy, healthy, beautiful. See yourself smiling, confident, radiant. You're compassionate, empathic, loving and loved. Your whole being is just surrounded with love coming in and love flowing out. ...
