It’s that time of the year again…time to think about New Year’s Resolutions! 2020 and 2021 have been rough and the end is not in sight, so maybe this is the year to give yourself something versus punishing yourself by taking something away, and create a New Year’s Resolution based on loving kindness. Today, I’m giving you a loving-kindness meditation that will remind you of the capacity for kindness that lives in your heart. The kindness you dish out to others but hold back from yourself.
