What's up friends! Today we had Vertical Sports Maui Director and 7 year basketball pro, Josh Duinker on the show!
Josh is a 6'10" basketball player rocking a full sleeve and an Australian accent. He's a legend. We have known Josh and his wife Courtney since 2019 through a sports nonprofit local to Maui called Vertical Sports Maui. Today, Josh shares about his time as a professional basketball player and what some of his mental performance difficulties were while playing professionally and how his faith helped him to find freedom from it. He also has some golden nuggets he drops like: "how we're closing the gap between performance and potential" and our personal favorite “LOVE is the greatest motivational force because it is circumstance free” - Josh Duinker
