Description

Meditation: Focus on your breath and return back to your breath when you get distracted. Do this for 15 minutes every day. Focus on the consistency. Appreciation: for a few minutes each day give appreciation the best you can. This may be hard in the beginning but it will become easier the more you do it. Cohost: @jasminherself
