The purpose of this pod, is to show that whilst it maybe assumed that a conveyancing solicitor, such as the named, can be trusted to deal with issues with logic and the law in mind. That is not what Goodchild Vizard and Smart of Northampton will do. It is simply the case that although the money, they retain is defined by law, as being owned equally by those detailed, on the Land Registry and Mortgage documents. UK law, clearly defines what should occur, if a societal dispute occurs, and the depravation of what is legally one persons, cannot be retained by a solicitor, on the request of another... Have no doubt, such illegal behaviour and action, is encouraged by solicitors, yes encouraged by solicitors, simply to line the pockets, of others in the profession.. These are the same individuals you go too, and have to trust in multiple other situations, where the stakes could be so much higher... But in this pod, solicitors can be seen, to blatantly ignore an individuals legal rights, for the benefit of their own profession... yes the UK, is a crazy and corrupt place, too hang out....
