If such fraud is a system error, then compensation is required, for the inconvenience the inflictor has inflicted on the victim.
Such errors may include being charged for a supply of GAS, that would last the customer 138 years..
As though paying £161 per cubic meter of GAS, was not fraud in itself, without being charged for 276 cubic meters, that the house hold hasn’t used..
When the house hold, has further repeatedly stated, via the suppliers portal, they haven’t used... that volume. What say you... ??
