We talk about the chaotic way that life can occur on a personal, local or global scale, using our own recent experiences as a touchpoint to explore, and expand widely on, the reality of human suffering alongside the equally human desire for spiritual growth. Together we ponder how all of us ultimately have power and choice to create, or manage, our reality, although the conditions we experience can be very different. We reflect on perspectives, tools, strategies and energetic practices that may help to keep us grounded during times of uncertainty, both internally and externally, as we navigate the realities of our own individual experiences and simultaneously, our place in the roiling collective.
