Who is God? It's really important to read your Bible through the lens of knowing God more deeply and intimately. When I read my Bible, I underline God's character, who I am, and what I have.
Whose You are
"You are a good Father.
You are my God who keeps his word.
You do not lie.
You are faithful throughout all generations.
You have overcome the world.
You love me.
In you, I have peace, freedom, no condemnation, and blessings.
You rescue and defend.
You brought me the good news.
You bind up my broken-heart.
You released me from my prison.
You are my comfort.
You give me a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.
Greater are you that is in me than he that is in the world.
Father, you are good and you are worthy of my surrender."
