I try my best to keep things nice and ignant at the top of the show, discussing how the Biden/Harris ticket has ruined the GOP's year, why Coronavirus isn't exactly scaring people, how anti-maskers also have bad breath and why that Cardi B/Megan Thee Stallion song isn't the filthiest thing you've ever heard. Later on, I get on the phone with veteran, Los Angeles film critic Andy Klein as he discusses his experiences writing for alt-weeklies, his favorite Hong Kong films and what it was like recording a DVD commentary with The RZA.
As for music, I play tunes by Phil Collins, H.E.R., Adrian Younge & Ali Shaheed Muhammad featuring Raphael Saadiq and Connie Stevens.
