How often do you go through daily tasks stressing that you won’t get them done on time? 

How often do you make excuses to tell yourself why you can’t complete your tasks in time? 

Well, if this becomes a pattern with you and you are able to see through your game, you also then are aware that you are PROCRASTINATING! 

This isn’t a new complicated word but is actually an age-old problem with so many of us. 

We tend to want to do so many things at the same time and wish to achieve great results too but something stops us from gaining our goals and we are left with shabby ways of completing tasks which is quite disappointing. 

The disappointment we feel is genuine because we know we could have created magic but are left with a mere shadow of it. 

What stops you from achieving your goals is laziness, mistrust in your own abilities, stories you have heard from others about your incapacity to get something done. And one big reason is Procrastination! 

We tend to get overwhelmed by the enormity of the goal and we don’t believe that we will be able to achieve a big thing. 

At such times you need to learn how to manage your time, assign yourself smaller achievable goals and take baby steps towards them.  This itself will ease the pressure off of you and get you moving forward. Yes, the progress may be slow initially, but it is progress anyhow. It’s not stagnancy, at least!
