Najeem Muhammad is a writer, who is an author of two books of poetry, both titled ‘Lost Sheep,’ and ‘Soul Tales,’ a Reiki Healing practitioner, and is a proud member of the Nation of Islam, who has used the gift of his pen to study and extract diverse, introspective and thought provoking perspectives and approaches from the teachings of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad. After being homeschooled in kindergarten, he grew up starting school in Muhammad University of Islam in Oakland, CA. From a glimpse of study in what is called ‘The Supreme Wisdom,’ having a natural love for calligraphy, penmanship, books, artwork and music, growing up with deep sense of transparency and sensitivity for people, to his parents’ deep love for art, it shaped him into having the heart, the mind and the longing to contribute all that he can, by means of cultural expression, providing counsel, writing books of poetry and reflection, and engagement in study and awareness on mental health, and holistic and energetic healing, to see the demonstration of love, brotherhood, sisterhood, healing, community based and national development that the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan has worked tirelessly for almost 70 years to see
