In this short episode I chat about the influence the diet culture has on us and our ability to listen to our hunger cues. When we are looking to regulate our eating and improve our overall health, what we put into our body in the way of fuel is extremely important. If we're not hearing it's cues on what we need how is it supposed to help us function?

The diet culture has significantly messed with this innate biological function, and while we've been jumping from one diet to another, our poor body's have been trying to survive. The diet backlash is real and we've set ourselves up for one failure after another.
