In this episode I'm following on from the last episode and introducing you to emotional eating. I'll discuss what emotional eating is, what might trigger you to eat emotionally, how it can be a learned behaviour, and talk about how I have experienced emotional eating myself (thanks mum!). I didn't just want to talk about it though, so in this episode I'm sharing some practical tips for you on how you can manage your emotional eating. This is an extremely common hurdle that we can all face, and I see it often with my clients, so acknowledging what triggers a change in our eating habits and how our emotions can play a part is essential to staying on track with our health goals.
