Alina Sokulska is an internationally acclaimed dance artist, choreographer, performer, instructor and researcher. She is one of those dancers elaborating on her own dance language with intertexts of swing, blues, bebop, tap dance, UK jazz, afro-latin dance. Emilie Pons is a digital reporter and audio producer for The World, on PRI. Her work has also been featured on CBC News, Radio DW, in JazzTimes and TRT World.
