Paola Cecchi-Dimeglio, Ph.D., J.D., LL.M., M.Sc. is a globally recognized expert in AI, Big Data, behavioral science, and talent analytics. At Harvard University, she holds dual faculty appointments at the Law School and the Kennedy School of Government. As Faculty Chair of the Executive Leadership Research Initiative for Women and Minority Attorneys (ELRIWMA), she has led groundbreaking research applying AI and Big Data to leadership, organizational behavior, decision science, and workforce transformation. Paola's work equips decision-makers with frameworks to lead digital transformation and build adaptive, people-centered ecosystems.
