What's happening people today I'm doing a solo episode which is pretty much an anti motivational motivational podcast if that makes any sense? I talk about what motivation actually is and why it's not what you think, how to win the battle with your head on a day to day basis, how to change the way you think and my own experiences where I have completely changed things in my life by doing them not being motivated. I tried to speak from personal experience and keep any preachyness to a minimal because that makes me want to die.
