Malcolm “Mal” Sword grew up in Scotland and later lived in Australia with his parents. After his formal education, Mal cut his teeth in business in the life insurance industry. He left the comfort of working for an insurance company in the 1990s and launched his own business selling home goods and commodities. He eventually landed in the Network Marketing profession, which has shaped his business life. Today, Mal is a widely regarded leader, author, international speaker, and trainer. His philanthropy exploded in 2004 when he was in Tanzania. He went there to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro but took notice when he saw a woman and her children enter a shack, which he learned was their home. Mal shares how this sight struck him and directs the way he lives his life today.
