Anastazja Gajkowska is a Los Angeles-based actress of Polish origins. She has a background in clinical psychology. Today, she is the producer of Exposé, a
video documentary and an ebook, which draws attention to abusive relationships. Anastazja is the CEO of Exposé Productions and the founder of the Barbara Lee Foundation. Her experience with domestic violence spans over twenty years, and has personally been involved in four abusive and narcissistic relationships. She has a global perspective of the trauma some of us face in intimate relationships, having lived not only in Poland but also in Spain and now the United States. This perspective allows her to share her healing journey with victims of abusive relationships; and from her own healing, is well suited to help others who find themselves trapped in abusive cycles. Creating the Exposé is one way to further her healing, and allow others, mainly women, who are rediscovering their center of power after being in an abusive relationship. Anastazja shares her journey in this interview, as well as giving women the opportunity to come out from the shadows to learn how to thrive after abusive. Her mission is to help transform the lives of 500 million women from victim to thriving as they recognize that they are the creators of their own lives. Anastazja is also the host of the Exposé Podcast, the Exposé Radio, as well as an author and speaker.
