Manuel Jose Muros (Manny) is a Renaissance man. He is a mystic, yogi, spiritual teacher, author, and entrepreneur. He is also a transformational consultant and mentor to many spiritual seekers. He holds a BS Degree in Pharmacology and an MBA. Born in La Habana, Cuba, Manny had a spiritual awakening in his mid-thirties, which completely changed his life. From his home base in New England in the United States, Manny shares his unique Mind-Overlay process for becoming conscious and
aware creators of our lives. He also leads workshops and retreats in the US and globally. Manny is the founder of The Alnoba Peace Foundation. As an entrepreneur, he founded and served as president of two corporations. He was also the founder and vice chairman of the board of the first public Montessori Charter School in Massachusetts. For over 17 years, Manny has been the owner and spiritual Director of the Yoga Center of Newburyport.
