As James Staton, Jr. puts it, the mission of every business is to make money for its owner. A business must be profitable or go bankrupt, he says. For over four decades, James has made money for others, and for himself. Today, he and his partners have established Top Flight Foundation, an association that assists new businesses excel, educate families on how to create wealth and leave a legacy for their heirs, as well as mentor young people around success principles. James has learned a great deal about life and success, and he willingly shares these principles under a paradigm he calls inclusive competitiveness.
