Welcome back to PBL! This week I had the privilege of sitting down with Ashley Hyman, Vice President of Customer Success at Drata, a leading compliance automation platform. She’s a brilliant person who stepped away from a life in academia to transition into the business world. And wow—she’s been very successful at it, to say the least! But even throughout her success, she’s always kept in touch with her educational roots and channeled her love of learning and research into her role at Drata. Ashley has great insights about parenting, being deliberate with your time, and the hidden strength of asking for help when you need it (and lots more).
