We can shift how we feel in our co-parenting relationship, no matter whether our co-parent changes their behavior or not.
We do this by becoming intentional about what we give our focus.
When we focus on what is out of our control and spend a lot of time in hypothetical worst case future scenarios, we end up feeling anxious, fearful, and powerless.
We we manage our minds (aka direct our thoughts) and focus instead on what is in our control, we feel so much more capable, resourceful, and at ease.
In this episode, we'll use a couple different images to help our beautiful brains shift focus so that we can have more of what we really want in our lives!
