Vision is usually related to big corporations, but I think that every individual needs to have a vision that they want to achieve. For me vision is not just 1 thing like - a House, a car or well paid job, but the whole driving force of my life. And I also have multiple visions based on how far in the future we are talking about. At the moment I have 2 visions that are quite clear to me. I have 1 year vision and I have a 3-year vision. My 1-year vision is to build a team that produces and distributes content, build a lead capture funnel to my product, and have products that I can offer. My 3-year goal is to scale my business by producing even more content and creating a platform that can serve my audience. Having a 1-year vision is like having a stepping stone that will help me to achieve my 3-year vision and beyond. I believe that everything should start with the vision. When you have a vision you can set better goals as they will help you to achieve your ideal future vision. Be sure that your vision has a deadline because if it doesn’t then your vision will never turn into reality.
