This is another special edition here on the podcast and is a message given by Bill Markham, who currently is the Lead Pastor of Central Community Church in St. Catherines, ON (www.centralcc.ca). Bill delivered this message at Initiate Leadership Conference in November 2021. In it he addresses the need for us as leaders to remain adaptable as we really don't know what tomorrow will bring. Towards the end of his message he does talk about how the church really needs to get back to loving ALL people again and how vital it is that we remain outward focused.
