What do I mean when I say Christianity and positivity are not synonymous? I often hear Christian content creators describe their contribution to the internet as a space where people can find "positive content" as if this is their foundational purpose, directly resulting from their Christianity. However, I think this is one of those common Christian tropes that can seem innocent enough on the surface, but it may at times actually reveal a flawed view of what Christianity is meant to be in relationship to the world.
