Hey, a quick tip on how to lose weight... clean the house. No joke. Spend 5-10 minutes every hour. Get up. Especially if you're sitting at your desk, working from home, get up, clean the house. And I mean we're gonna clean for 5-10 minutes and the objective is to lose weight, not to clean. So here's what I'm gonna do. I got some dishes and in the dishwasher or in the sink, I've got some dishes that have already been cleaned. They need to be put away. I'm now gonna go. I'm gonna clean 'em up. Take me five minutes. And that is some exercise that I got. That is some movement that I got. I'm gonna reach down. I'm actually gonna reach up overhead. Putting my dishes away. Just a thought one more thing. I'm walking backward. Here we go. Guess what I got in here in the laundry room. I've got some clean clothes. I'm gonna fold these clothes next hour. Okay. Not here. I'm gonna do the dishes next hour. I'm gonna fold some clothes for 5-10 minutes.
