Mocking Complacent Fools (Proverbs 1:20–33). The wisdom of God is not the wisdom of this foolish, rebellious world. The beginning of wisdom is rightly orienting your love and desires towards the LORD. Since sinners disregard the counsel of the LORD they are struck by calamity. The fear of the LORD results in living without fear of harm.
