By now , everyone in Australia would have heard about the tragic deaths of three people who unknowingly ingested death cap mushrooms. What we don't know is if the poisoning was done on purpose. Throw in an estranged husband who himself was poisoned last year and its not looking very good for Erin Patterson , the woman at the centre of this mystery.
