Have you ever thought twice about the way you react to situations? Have there ever been moments where you possibly pause before you jump down someone’s throat and chose a different way? I am here noticing the way I choose to respond and react to different situations and growing from it. Because life is a Practice and it’s not a perfect I’m here just showing up.
