Yesterday, I learned 3 simple practices that take almost no time at all to ground ourselves, calm the nervous system, and shift mindset. This is important because so many of us are entrepreneurs with a million things to do, not enough time to do it, and feel overwhelmed, stressed and harried as we try to get it all done (ourselves). I actually learned about this through listening to another great podcast by Amy Porterfield, who is literally the queen of online marketing and course creation. She was interviewing Gabby Bernstein (motivational and spiritual speaker, author) about how to reduce feelings of anxiousness and stress while running a business. Honestly, I was surprised at how simple, easy and effective these 3 practices are! I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical but pleasantly surprised at how grounded, calmed, and centered I felt each time I tried them. I've since taught 3 other people in my life, I hope it helps you too!
