There's been a lengthy gap in my podcast from March - June 2022 and it wasn't because it was Summertime. I could very easily not share details about WHY I've been absent for so long, but I think it's important to be transparent and honest.
My story could help someone else, and that makes it worth it to me to get vulnerable here.
Listen in as I get very real about what it takes to heal from mold toxicity and mast cell activation. It's not a linear process, there is no blueprint for healing, 90% of doctors (yes, functional too) either don't acknowledge it, don't know what it is, can't treat you, or have no clue how to help you.
There is no roadmap. It's a treacherous, painful roller coaster with many small steps forward just to tumble down again due to multiple confounding "triggers" that I never had before 2019.
This particular setback lasted 3 months.
It's been absolutely hellish, no lie - but I'm back (slowly but surely) making progress once again. Listen in for the update.
