It's when your clients come back and stay with you, keep practicing, booking services, attending your workshops and retreats, sign up for Teacher Training, referring friends/family/coworkers etc....
Keeping your clients is another critical piece to business success. As they start with a package or membership, they get to know you and your business, they connect with other people who go to your business, they see / feel physical and mental benefits, then that leads them to:
1. Buy your retail
2. Sign up for workshops, retreats, courses
3. Attend Teacher Training $$$
4. Join more exclusive memberships (or your main one if they are on a package)
5. Refer everyone they know because what you are offering CHANGES THEIR LIVES
