For wellness practice #5, I want to draw your attention to the content you are consuming and the community you surround yourself with! It really matters. How you might ask? Because it affects our energy, our mindset and our thoughts around motivation/inspiration. Life and business can be incredibly challenging, sometimes we need a mindset shift. In order to change thoughts, it's helpful to listen to uplifting motivating podcasts, read books, watch shows, and have relationships with people who help us up level and inspire us. 

Don't underestimate how powerful this can be and pay attention to how you feel after a conversation with a friend, listening to an audiobook, or watching a movie. 

ASK YOURSELF:

Do you feel inspired, uplifted, filled with some thoughts of "I can rise to the challenge" or are you drained, angry, sad, de-motivated? 

This is important information and something we can control. It's a choice.
