Pastor Kris based his message on Mark 15:15, 21-32 as our community celebrated the first Sunday of the Lenten season. He takes a closer look at the angry crowd and priests who mocked Jesus and taunted him while he hung upon the cross. Then, he focuses in on Simon of Cyrene, the out-of-towner who was forced into service and made to carry Jesus' cross.
