Romy Manzano was seen cycling with his two children on Mabini Bridge in Manila. He biked all the way from Paranaque, covering a 20-kilometer distance, to reach a charitable institution. He wanted to get free rice, only to discover that he missed the cutoff. Biking for around nine hours, he would now have to return home empty-handed.
