How long are you stuck when you get in a funk? A day? A week?
We all get in funks. We eventually get out of them. But I think we all spend way too much time getting steamrolled and held hostage by our negative emotions.
Which is one of the reasons I became a life coach. And why I concentrate on getting over funks and finally getting past those obstacles that keep us from accomplishing our goals and feeling good about ourselves.
If you don’t have a proven method for getting out of a funk, I implore you to make it a priority to find one that works for you. Let’s all stop wasting days and weeks of our potential on funks. You are important and have a mission to fulfill. The people waiting for you to live your purpose so they can get brave enough to live theirs need you to do it.
Don’t waste another day being a hostage to your self doubts and the funks that foster them.
