After a week of an internet outage at home, I finally got someone to come out from Xfinity(Comcast) to restore my service. The issue was not found however a new coax line ran across the lawn until the ground crew came to bury the cable. The cabling was not done properly and still is a safety hazard. This line is one inch away from a disaster and could be easily prevented if they would come back and bury cable between deeper than 8 inches.
