Welcome, listeners! Join me, Lisa Toth, as we venture through the Hidden Workforce, a show about the positive impact people who live with different abilities bring to the workforce and our world.
This week we skate over to the Tulsa Oilers Ice Center where we meet with Kat De Angelis. Kat chats with us about the Oilers ice rink, their ice theater program, and touches briefly on inclusion in skating. We're all anticipating the grand opening of the new Oilers ice center opening in a few weeks and can't wait to see the family, friends, teams, and communities that come together to enjoy the space!
Then Alex takes us to Edmond on Adventures with Alex this week where we hear from Sarah Lauffenburger! Sarah is an accomplished editor for filmmaking and other content projects having started and ran her own business in that focus. She was hired through Autism Oklahoma and has enjoyed taking on the legacy of her mentor in teaching and becoming a mentor to the members of Invisible Layers Productions.
