He built from scratch some of the homes and designed them to be highly efficient, both for living and for operating. He's built a business with the goal of making people happy by eliminating what they hate!
Not only that, Tony have avoided some of the common stressors that come with real estate investing, such as finding a deal. He eliminated "finding" deals by building his own inventory. Not only that, he designs the spaces to work and function exactly for their purpose!
