It's Christmastime, and the Pi Kappa Sigma sorority is celebrating with a party. The vibe of the evening is killed shortly after a horrific phone call from a repeat offender they named "the moaner." After one of their sorority sisters, Clair, goes missing, the girls join together with the help of Clair's father in order to find her, but there's still a killer on the loose, and he stalks and takes the house out one by one. Along with these terrors, Jess finds herself to be pregnant, and her very much controlling and loose cannon boyfriend seems to have thoughts of how she should handle that situation, and he'll stop at nothing to have his way.
