In this pisode, I want to go a little deeper into how you can choose joy on purpose, every single day, no matter what your shift throws at you.

For me, choosing joy is an intentional and deliberate act ; it doesn’t mean ignoring reality, but deciding not to let circumstances steal your essence.

I call this practice my "daily rebellion" against the natural tendency to be negative because of everything going on around us. I'll give you the tools and mindset to make joy one of your non-negotiables.

I’ll share my "Daily Joy Declaration" and three simple steps you can take in any moment: pause and breathe, name what's good, and carry a "joy token" with you.

When you start doing this, you'll find that you stop reacting and start creating , and your energy becomes more contagious than the chaos.
