Carrien lives in Mae Sot, a small town in Thailand right on the Burma border where she and her husband run The Charis Project that protects vulnerable children from trafficking and abuse by supporting and strengthening their families. Carrien is a writer, parenting educator and mentor, and is passionate about helping you take better care of yourself so you have the strength for all of the other important things that you do.
