Description

The human race all too often relies on the conveniences of modern medicines. While better, more natural remedies are often right under our noses and some of them growing in our yards. Did you know, that the cambium layer of willow bark can work as a pain reliever can help with headaches? Did you know the dreaded dandelion is edible and is really good for heart health? With some research and hiking, you will find that Mother Nature has provided us with an almost full medicine cabinet. Cures/Remedies for upset stomach, headaches, allergies, things for the nervous system, topical solutions, and the list goes on and on.
Our good friend and Medicine Man, Jory joins us again in this episode,to give us a lot of insight on things that nature has to offer in the way of medicines.
We do strongly suggest that you do your own research, and are in no way responsible for any mistakes that you or any individual may make, while harvesting or preparing any wild grown food or medicine. With some studying and walks through nature, you will find that the Appalachian Mountains have everything needed for life. There's foods and medicines growing in the wild. Fresh clean water. Timber for shelter. Coal and wood for fire. Fresh clean air and so much more.
We thank God for nature's bounty and the lessons we learn through life!
